The current institutional capacity at LLPI requires assistance to implement the envisaged Strategic Plan.

Therefore, it is expected that the Institution will play a technical backstopping role in implementation of the regional agenda. Realization of the set objectives can be achieved through strengthening the human resource capacity of LLPI together with other complimentary supporting elements like training.
